Using Our Services
Rewire Protocol provides therapist-led group programmes designed to support medical professionals — including doctors, nurses, surgeons, and other clinicians — in developing emotional regulation skills and healthier boundaries, so that their personal relationships don't suffer as a result of their work.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
By participating, you affirm that you are capable of independent decision-making and are not relying solely on the Services for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Your Information
When you book calls or use our Services, you may provide personal information. You agree that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
We collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payments, Fees & Refunds
Some parts of the Services require payment. Payment terms will be disclosed clearly before purchase.
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of paid Services.
Refund terms are set out separately at the point of purchase and must be agreed to before payment.
Booking, Scheduling & Calls
When you book a discovery call or register for a programme cohort, you agree to attend at the scheduled time.
You're responsible for using a device with audio and video capability for all live sessions.
You may reschedule a discovery call through the provided link, subject to availability. Cohort session dates are fixed for the duration of the 12-week programme.
Conduct & Expectations
You agree to be respectful and ethical in all interactions related to the Services.
Rewire Protocol reserves the right to refuse or remove access to Services for anyone at any time, including if behaviour is inappropriate, harmful, or violates these Terms.
No Guarantees
Results vary by individual. While we provide evidence-informed tools, structured group sessions, and professional facilitation, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
REWIRE is a skills-based group programme and is not a substitute for individual therapy, clinical treatment, or medical or legal advice. Participants are not patients and do not receive clinical diagnoses through the programme.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services — including materials, text, videos, graphics, and branding — is the property of Rewire Protocol or its licensors. You may not share, copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewire Protocol and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
